General Policies

• Must be at least 25 years old and have a valid Visa, MasterCard or Discover to book a room.
• Deposit is required to book a room.
• All Cancellations require a 14 day advanced notice for a refund.
• Motel rooms are a 2 night minimum on weekends, 3 night minimum on holidays.
• Our rates are based on 2 people. For each additional adult/child over 12 years old there is an additional nightly charge of $10.
• Check-in time Starts at 3:00 pm.
• Check out time is by 11:00 am.
• Children 12 and under are free.
• All of our rooms are non-smoking rooms.
• No boats or trailers permitted in the parking lot.
• No Pets permitted.
